  • The Trade Department only issue a Reference Letter from the Trade Attache. No legalisation action will take place.

  • This Online Registration only applies to arranging your data to be input into our system. All hard-copy documents should be submitted via post.

  • There is no payment at all with regard to Trade Attache Reference Letter

Reference Letter for

Foreign Trade Representative

To get the Letter of Reference from the Trade Department, there are several documents you need to submit as required:

  • Letter of Request to the Trade Department

  • 1 original and a copy of the Letter of Agreement/  Letter of Authorization (apostilled by FCDO and notarized by Notary Public) along with HS code/ the detail of the goods.

  • 1 copy of the Certificate of Incorporation.

  • 1 copy of the latest Reference Letter, if you intend to renew the Reference Letter.

  • Return envelope with sufficient stamps.

Reference Letter for
Foreign Representative Office

To get the Letter of Reference from the Trade Department, there are several documents you need to submit as required:

  • Letter of Request to the Trade Department

  • 1 original and a copy of Letter of Authorisation/ Letter of Appointment (apostilled by FCDO and notarized by Notary Public)

  • 1 copy of the Certificate of incorporation.

  • 1 copy of the passport for the foreign representative officer, or

  •  copy of ID card (KTP) and Tax card (NPWP) for the Indonesian representative officer.

  • Return envelope with sufficient stamps.

Reference Letter for

Franchise Registration

To get the Letter of Reference from the Trade Department, there are several documents you need to submit as required:

  • Letter of Request to the Trade Department

  • 1 original and 1 copy of the Franchise Prospectus, apostiled by the FCDO and notarized by Notary Public

  • 1 copy of the Certificate of Incorporation.

  • Return envelope with sufficient stamps.
